The questions we get most
Do you ship to my country?
Yes — we ship worldwide, free and tracked, with no minimum order. Nepal deliveries usually arrive in 1–2 days. International parcels take 5–12 business days depending on customs in your country.
Will I pay customs or import duty?
Possibly, and it is not included in our price. Duty and import tax are set by your own country and collected by the courier on delivery. We declare every parcel honestly at its real value — we will not under-declare, as it invalidates your insurance.
Is the piece in the photo the exact one I get?
Yes. Because almost everything is one of a kind, the photographs on a product page are of that specific piece — not a stock shot of the model.
Can you find me something you do not have listed?
Often, yes. Tell us the craft, rough size and budget, and we will ask the workshops we buy from. It usually takes a week to hear back and there is no obligation.
Do you take wholesale or bulk orders?
Small wholesale, yes — for shops and studios. We will not place an order so large that a workshop has to bring in outside labour to fill it, so quantities are limited by what the makers can comfortably produce. Email us with what you need.
How do I return something?
Email us within 30 days of delivery with your order number. We send a prepaid label. The piece needs to be unused and in its original packaging.
