Shipping

Shipping is free, worldwide, on every order, with no minimum. There is no surcharge at checkout and no threshold to reach.

Dispatch

We pack and dispatch from Kathmandu within 1–2 business days of your order being confirmed. Our working week is Sunday to Friday; we are closed Saturdays and on Nepali public holidays, of which there are more than you might expect.

Delivery times

These are transit times after dispatch, not from the moment you order, and they exclude time spent in your country's customs. Heavy items — large statues, stone, thick wood panels — sometimes travel by a slower service and take longer. We will tell you if that applies to your order.

Tracking

Every parcel is tracked. Your tracking number appears on the order tracking page as soon as the parcel is handed over, and we email it to you at the same time.

Customs, duty and import tax — please read

Import duty and tax in your own country are not included in our prices and are payable by you. They are set by your government, collected by the courier, and we have no ability to pay or waive them.

We declare every parcel honestly, at the price you actually paid. We will not under-declare the value or mark a purchase as a gift. Under-declaring is customs fraud, it voids the shipping insurance, and if the parcel goes missing you would have no recourse at all. We would rather you paid the correct duty and were properly covered.

Address accuracy

Please check your address carefully at checkout, particularly the postcode and phone number — couriers in most countries will call before delivering. If you spot a mistake, email us immediately; we can change it any time before dispatch.

If something arrives damaged

Photograph the outer packaging before you unpack anything, and email us the photos within 48 hours of delivery. We insure every parcel and will replace or refund. Do not discard the packaging until the claim is settled.
