Privacy Policy
Short version: we collect what we need to send you your order and nothing else. We do not sell your data, we do not share it with advertisers, and there is no tracking or advertising pixel on this site.
What we collect
- When you order: your name, email, phone number and delivery address, the items you bought and your chosen payment method.
- When you contact us: your name, email and the content of your message.
- When you subscribe: your email address only.
- When you leave a review: the name you give, your review, and optionally your email — which is never published.
- Automatically: a session cookie that remembers what is in your cart. It contains no personal information and expires when you close your browser.
What we do with it
We use your details to fulfil and ship your order, to answer you when you write to us, and — only if you asked — to send you our monthly letter. That is the complete list.
Who else sees it
Only the shipping courier, and only the address details they need to deliver your parcel. We do not use advertising networks, analytics platforms or data brokers. We do not run Facebook or Google tracking on this site.
Payment details
We never see or store your card details. Orders here are placed without payment and settled afterwards by bank transfer, eSewa, Khalti, Wise or cash on delivery, arranged directly with you. No card number ever passes through this website.
How long we keep it
Order records are kept for seven years, which is what our tax obligations require. Contact messages are kept for two years. Newsletter subscriptions are kept until you unsubscribe, which you can do from the footer of any letter or by emailing us.
Your rights
You can ask us at any time for a copy of everything we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Email us and we will action it within 30 days. Deletion of order records may be limited by the tax retention period above; we will tell you if that applies.
Cookies
One cookie, for your cart and session. No advertising cookies, no third-party cookies, no consent banner — because there is nothing to consent to.
Security
Data is held on a server we control, and access is limited to the two people who run the shop. No system is perfectly secure and we will not pretend otherwise; if we ever suffered a breach affecting your data, we would tell you directly and promptly.
