Felt & Wool

Wet felting uses nothing but wool, hot water, soap and a great deal of rubbing. No spinning, no weaving, no stitching — the fibres simply lock together. Nepal's felt workshops are overwhelmingly staffed by women and are among the country's better-paid craft jobs.
